What delivery information is mandatory?

Mandatory information in the delivery information is the delivery method, acceptance of the order, the customer's name and address information, phone number and email address.
The order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer.
The prices of products in the online store include value added tax, regardless of the destination country.

What delivery methods do we have?

You can choose from the following delivery methods: Posti, Matkahuolto and parcel machines and offices depending on where your delivery address is located or order the products directly to your door. You can see all the delivery methods you can choose at checkout in the "delivery method" phase. You are sure to find a delivery method that suits your needs. The product you ordered can be delivered to the SmartPost of your choice, or to Posti's pick-up point, or as a home delivery to the address you want.
Pickup from Posti's SmartPost or Posti, delivery Monday-Saturday by 19:00. You will receive a message when the package is available for pickup.
Posti home delivery at the agreed time, the delivery time will be agreed separately with you. The shipment must be picked up within 7 days after it has arrived at SmartPost or Posti's collection point. Failure to pick up the shipment is not enough to cancel the order. Delivery charges are shown in the summary.

What is our delivery time?

Products are delivered on average within 2-5 business days. We want to operate as responsibly as possible.

I made an order from the online store. What happens now?

After you have paid for your order, you will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail. After that, we will pack your order as soon as possible and send you a package code by e-mail and text message, which you can use to track the progress of your order on the website of the carrier of your choice. When the delivery has arrived at the pick-up point, you will receive a message on your phone and email.

I don't have time to pick up my shipment, can you extend the pick-up time?

Posti: If the package can be picked up at the office, the recipient can buy more storage time by contacting Posti's customer service.

Matkahuolto:
Shipments traveling within the country are kept for 7 days, after which the package is returned to the sender. The recipient of the package can register with Matkahuolto
become a user of electronic services at www.matkahuolto.fi and buy more storage time for your package.
