📝 Which delivery details are mandatory?

To Delivery to goes smoothly, the following information is mandatory at checkout:

  • Delivery method

  • Customer name and address

  • Phone number

  • Email

  • Order acceptance

📩 Order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided immediately after payment.

💰 All online prices include VAT regardless of the country of destination.

🚚 What delivery methods do we have?

We offer several delivery methodsto find the right option for you:

  • 📦 Postal SmartPost - pick-up from vending machines, delivery Mon-Fri by 19:00

  • 📮 Postal pick-up point - collection from the location of your choice

  • 🏠 Postal home delivery - delivery time to be agreed separately

  • 🚚 Travel service - pick-up points and home delivery

  • Delivery to your door - get the product directly to your home

Selectable delivery options are shown at the checkout at the "delivery method" stage. You can choose delivery to SmartPost, a pick-up point or your home - whatever suits you best.

📦 You will receive a message when the package is available for pickup. Failure to pick up the parcel will not be considered as cancellation of the order. Delivery charges will appear in the order summary before payment.

⏱️ What is our delivery time?

Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days. We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. If the product is not immediately in stock, we will inform you immediately. We want to offer responsible and transparent delivery to all our customers.

✅ I placed an order online - what happens next?

  • For order confirmation to your email immediately after payment.

  • We will pack your order carefully and send it to you package code by email and SMS.

  • You can follow the course of delivery on the website of the transport company of your choice.

  • You will be notified when the delivery is available for collection or when it arrives at your home.

⏳ I don't have time to collect my shipment - can I extend the collection time?

By post:
If your parcel is at a Post Office, you can buy additional storage time by contacting Post Office Customer Service.

Travel service:
Domestic shipments are kept for 7 days. By registering for Matkahuolto's e-services at www.matkahuolto.fi you can buy extra time to collect your parcel.

Remember: returning a shipment to us without collection is not the same as cancellation.
